 Accelerated Math 7 combines key studies from Math 7 and Math 8 to prepare students for the new Algebra 1 course in grade 8. 
 
Homework assignments are generally due during the next session.  Since we are on a block schedule, the due date posted on this website is the last date of the block.  If your class session is at the beginning of the block, please have your work ready when your class begins.  Thank you!

On Friday/Monday, we'll finish Chapter 12 with an look at Surface Area.  There will be no "Test" on this chapter, but the Final Exam will cover chapters 7 to 12.  There will be a day of review on Tuesday/Wednesday, with the Final Exam taking place Thursday/Friday May 26/27.  I'm confident our study session will be enough preparation for this exam.

Chapter Test Retake - OPTIONAL - If you are interested in retaking a test or quiz, you'll need to complete an Error Analysis on a sheet of notebook paper (don't print the attachment, please)  The purpose of an Error Analysis is to reflect upon your mistakes, taking the needed steps toward improving your readiness.  Bring the Error Analysis and the original test to me at least one day before retaking the test so that a new version can be prepared for you (and so I can look over your repair work).  Retakes will be given during lunch on Wednesdays.
