About Hoofbeats

Rancho Pico's journalism program, or better known as Hoofbeats, is the go-to source for student news and entertainment. Hoofbeats is run by the students for the students. Hoofbeats provides a platform for students to share their thoughts, opinions, and highlight student events and accomplishments across campus.  

Hoofbeats staff members work hard to publish quarterly magazine-style issues. Writers, photographers, and artists work together to document memorable experiences by capturing exciting campus news and events. Staff members design engaging layouts and develop thought provoking articles that reflect student voices and interests.
